Return Policy and Instructions

We are here to help when things don't work out! We offer Store Credit for Returns. Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding sizing before placing your reorder.

Please carefully review our Return Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

RETURNS:

All design your own products, sale items, swimwear, jewelry, body suits and mystery bags are final sale. No exceptions.The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, The Print Bar will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the correct information from your customers.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR THE BOUTIQUE CATEGORY RETURN POLICY.

Returns will be credited with a Print Bar Store Credit for the original purchase price minus any coupons, commissions and original shipping fee. 

Gift Cards expire 1 Year after issue date. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original sticker or tags are attached. If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke, lotion or purfume, damaged, stickers and tags not attached, received after the 30 days from the order date or that are design your own or sales items, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. The credit card on file will be charged for the shipping fees.

Holiday and Seasonal Gift Purchases: Please look for announcement regarding extended return times for the holidays.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

Please use our return portal to return your order. All returns require a return authorization number.

RETURN PORTAL

The fee to ship your return is not reimbursed. We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your tracking number to provide customer service if necessary. All returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your package in the warehouse. You will receive an email or text confirmation with your store credit once processed.

Damaged Items

Upon receipt, please inspect your order right away. 

If you believe you have received damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days at support@theprintbarapparel.com so we can help you with a replacement. We cannot issue a placement once you have had the merchandise in your possession for longer than 3 days, have removed the tags or stickers or have worn the item. 

BOUTIQUE RETURNS

Please email support@theprintbarapparel.com to get a return authorization number.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to be eligible for return. Original tags must be attached (if applicable). All returns must be initiated within 7 days of you receiving it per your tracking number and must be received within 7 days from the date the return was initiated.

Shoes must be retuned in their original box. Please do not affix shipping labels to the original shoebox itself. Shoeboxes must be shipped inside another exterior, protective shipping box, otherwise the shoebox will become damaged during transit. We will not accept any shoeboxes with tape or shipping labels placed directly on the original shoebox. We will contact you to pay for shipping them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.
