1. Do I need an account to make a purchase from your website?

No, you don’t need an account to shop with us! You can use guest checkout at any time.

2. What can I do if I forgot how to login to my account?

Just select the “forgot password” button, enter your email address, and we’ll send you a recovery email.

5. Do you have any tips for caring for my new clothing?

The care instructions for your new items will be located on the inside tags. Follow these instructions to the best of your ability to make sure your item stays pristine and as gorgeous as the day you received it.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to make any changes or cancel an order once placed.

7. Can I use more than one discount on an order?

Only one coupon code can be used per order, this includes bulk discounts. If a coupon code is used on an order, no other discounts can be used.
